Disciplinary action may be taken by the Legal Profession Board of Tasmania, the Disciplinary Tribunal and the Supreme Court.

The Legal Profession Board of Tasmania is required to maintain the Register of Disciplinary Action in accordance with Section 497 of the Legal Profession Act 2007. Information relating to disciplinary action taken by the Board, the Disciplinary Tribunal or the Supreme Court must be published on the Register.
