Sexual Harassment in the Legal Profession

Sexual harassment of any kind is unacceptable.  For lawyers, it is also conduct that is capable of constituting unsatisfactory professional conduct or professional misconduct. The Board has released a Statement and a Fact Sheet making it clear that this issue will be a key focus area in the coming years.
