COVID-19 Update – New working arrangements


From today, until further notice, some of the Board’s staff will start working remotely and not from our office in Macquarie Street. The Board has monitored the rapidly changing situation and advice provided and sees this as the best way for us not only to protect the health and safety of our people, but also members of the public and profession who may attend the Board’s office.

It is our hope that our new working arrangements will enable us to continue our work without interruption and will ensure you will still have contact with us during this time. Due to some of our staff working remotely it is possible that you may experience a delay in our response to you. We will endeavour to minimise this as best we can.

Our reception will remain open during usual business hours, but will be limited to telephone and email contact only until further notice. This is a necessary measure to ensure we are complying with our health and safety requirements.

If you have sent an email to the Board’s Enquiry Mailbox, and do not receive an automated response within 48 hours, please call our office on (03) 6226 3000. If we are unable to take your call at that time please leave a message and we will contact you as soon as practicable.

We review our working arrangements daily and will inform you of any changes to them.
