COVID-19 Update – New working arrangements



Some of the Board’s staff continue to work remotely and not from our office in Macquarie Street.

The Board is monitoring the situation and advice provided as restrictions ease, however it sees that maintaining the current arrangements is the best way for us to not only protect the health and safety of our people, but also members of the public and profession who may attend the Board’s office.

These working arrangements have enabled the Board’s work to continue without interruption and has ensured that you still have contact with us. Whilst some of our staff continue to work remotely, the possibility that you may experience a delay in our response to you remains, however those delays to date have been minimal.

In the event that you wish to attend the Board’s office, prior to visiting the Board’s office please contact the Board by email at or telephone on (03) 6226 3000 to seek approval. This is a necessary measure to ensure we continue to comply with our health and safety requirements.

If you have sent an email to the Board’s Enquiry Mailbox, and do not receive an automated response within 48 hours, please call our office on (03) 6226 3000. If we are unable to take your call at that time please leave a message and we will contact you as soon as practicable.

We review our working arrangements daily and will inform you of any changes to them.
